Open the Places tab and tap +. Search for the campground by name, tap I'm Here Now to find the ones around you, or type the name if Apple Maps doesn't know it. Then fill in the check-in and check-out dates, the site, the price and how it was, and tap Save.

A stay is somewhere you sleep: a campground, RV park or cabin. A stop is somewhere you visit for the day: a trail, a landmark, a museum or a restaurant. Switch between them with Stays and Stops at the top of the Places tab.

Open the Trips tab and tap +. Give it a name and dates, pick your vehicle and who's coming, and tap Create. On the trip, add the campgrounds you'll stay at and the stops along the way. The trip's dates follow its stays.

The Lists tab keeps your lists, ready to reuse. Add a starter list for RV, tent or cabin trips, or make your own with headings and quantities. Each trip gets its own copy to check off, so checking things off on a trip leaves your lists in the Lists tab alone.

On the trip, tap Directions in Apple Maps. It starts where you are and goes through each stay in order. To use Google Maps instead, open Settings (the gear), then Defaults, then Map App.

Yes. In Apple Maps or Google Maps, tap Share, then RoveWise, and choose the trip. You can also copy the link and use Save a Route Link on the trip. The route opens in that app when you tap it.

On a trip, tap Add a Reminder and choose how many days before the trip or its last day, and the time. Reminders you want on every trip go in Settings, Defaults, Reminders for New Trips. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone, so allow notifications when RoveWise asks.

On a trip, tap Add Expense, and pick under Where which stay or stop it was for. Each stay and stop shows what was spent there, and the trip adds up its site fees and expenses. With Pro, tap Scan a Receipt and RoveWise reads the total for you to check.

On the trip, tap ⋯, then Send a Copy, and send it in Messages, Mail or AirDrop. When your friend opens it in RoveWise, it's added as their own trip, with the stays, stops, lists, reminders and routes. Your photos, expenses and travelers aren't included, and changes on either side don't carry over.

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for RoveWise. For the Lock Screen, touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, and add Next Trip to the widget area.

Make sure both iPhones are signed in to the same iCloud account, with RoveWise turned on under iCloud (Settings → your name → iCloud → See All). Open RoveWise on both and give it a few minutes, on Wi-Fi if you can. Settings in RoveWise shows whether iCloud Sync is on.

Yes, anytime and for free. Open Settings, then Your Data, and choose Export Spreadsheets (CSV) for Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets, or Export Your Log (PDF) to read, print or send.

Logging stays and stops, trips with one stay, packing lists, reminders, expenses, the map, iCloud sync and export are free, up to 10 stays, 10 stops and 3 lists. Pro adds as many as you like, trips with several campgrounds, photos, receipt scanning, the Next Trip widget and your camping stats. It's available as Lifetime, a one-time purchase, or as a yearly plan.

Open Settings, tap Unlock RoveWise Pro, then Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then RoveWise. Or in the app, open Settings, tap Pro unlocked, then Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews, and Pro stays on until the end of the year you paid for.

Sign in to the same iCloud account and install RoveWise. Your stays, stops, trips, lists and photos come back from iCloud.

Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

You can delete any stay, stop, trip or list in the app. To remove everything from iCloud, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then iCloud, then Storage (or Manage Account Storage), then RoveWise, and delete its data. Deleting the app removes what's on that iPhone. We don't store any of your data anywhere else.
